Rules for Using PoundLedgerix

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the PoundLedgerix platform. They describe the rights and duties of you, as the user, and the relevant platform operator. Please review them before opening an account, using the service or initiating a transaction. Accepting these Terms creates a legally binding agreement with the applicable counterparty.

Opening an account, logging in, using a platform feature or otherwise engaging with PoundLedgerix confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use. The service is available only to people aged 18 or over. Persons under 18 and anyone without the necessary legal capacity must not use or access the platform. If eligibility or age cannot be confirmed, access may be restricted and an account may be suspended or closed.

Platform access can be affected by technical problems, scheduled maintenance, upgrades or wider interruptions. Fast-moving markets, exceptional demand and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may likewise cause delays or make the service temporarily unavailable. We work to provide dependable access, but cannot guarantee continuous operation. PoundLedgerix may introduce, amend or discontinue features, algorithms, market data, price feeds or supported markets without creating a right to compensation.

Material available through the platform—including text, graphics, page designs, software, algorithms, trade marks, logos and AI-assisted analysis—is protected by copyright, trade mark law and other intellectual property rights belonging to PoundLedgerix or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, publish or use it commercially without written permission in advance. Unauthorised use may result in civil claims or criminal sanctions.

All information you provide, such as identity records, contact details and payment data, must be truthful, sufficient and kept current. Inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information can result in restricted access, withdrawal limitations or legal action. Personal data is processed under our privacy policy and relevant UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR, with suitable safeguards and clear processing practices.

You are solely accountable for every investment or trading decision made through PoundLedgerix, whether entered manually or carried out with AI-assisted automation, and for all consequences that follow. PoundLedgerix supplies software and trading tools, not personalised financial advice, investment recommendations or profit guarantees. Shares, cryptoassets and other instruments can be extremely volatile, and you may lose the full amount invested. Past results do not predict future performance. Only commit money you can afford to lose.

These Terms may be updated or supplemented when required, including in response to regulatory developments, platform changes or market conditions. Where reasonably possible, we will generally provide at least 14 days’ notice by email, an in-platform notification or a website notice. Using the service after the new version becomes effective means you accept the changes. If an amendment is substantial, you may elect to close your account.

The service combines readily available information with safeguards intended to support user protection. These include up-to-date encryption, routine reviews, segregated client money and comprehensive KYC/AML checks. Platform activity and transactions are recorded in a clear, auditable way. We seek to deal with users fairly and responsibly while applying controls that strengthen account security.
